Buymed มีช่องทางการชำระเงินทั้งหมด 4 ช่องทาง ดังต่อไปนี้
1. เก็บเงินปลายทาง (COD) :
ลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินโดยตรงให้กับพนักงานขนส่งเมื่อรับสินค้า สามารถชำระเป็นเงินสด โอนผ่านธนาคาร หรือ สแกนผ่าน QR Code ได้2. QR พร้อมเพย์ :
ลูกค้าสามารถสแกน QR Code เพื่อชำระเงิน ระบบจะยืนยันคำสั่งโดยอัตโนมัติ หลังจากชำระเงินสำเร็จ โดยหน้าต่าง QR Code จะหมดอายุใน 30 นาที หากไม่ได้ชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชม. คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิกอัตโนมัติหากยังไม่ได้ทำการชำระเงิน แต่ปิดหน้าต่างทั้งหมดแล้ว สามารถเข้าไปที่หน้า "คำสั่งซื้อของฉัน" เพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงินต่อ

ลูกค้าที่เลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต Visa Master Card ได้ทุกธนาคารโดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ - หากท่านเลือกชำระเงินผ่านทางบัตรเครดิต จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บัตร 2.68%
- กรณีที่ท่านไม่ได้รับสินค้าตามจำนวนที่สั่ง Buymed จะดำเนินการคืนเงินค่าสินค้าและค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บัตรให้แก่ท่าน ตามยอดคำสั่งซื้อ

- กรณีคืนเงิน Buymed จะดำเนินการคืนเงินเข้าสู่บัญชีธนาคารของท่าน ภายใน 4-5 วัน ทำการ
- หากไม่ได้ชำระเงินภายใน 30 นาที คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิกอัตโนมัติ หากมีการใช้ส่วนลด จะไม่ได้รับส่วนลดคืน

Buymed has 4 payment methods as follows,
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) :

Payment can be made by scanning a QR code. The system will automatically confirm your order after the payment is successful. The QR code will expire in 30 minutes, and the order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours. If you haven't made a payment yet but have closed all the windows, you can go to the "My Orders" page to continue with the payment.
Select "Pay Again"

3. Bank Transfer :
Customers who choose to pay by bank transfer can do so through any online banking. You will receive a 0.5% discount on every order. You can transfer the money using the bank details below. Bank: Kasikornbank

Customers who choose to pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card from any bank are subject to the following conditions: - If you choose to pay with a credit card, a 2.68% card usage fee will apply.
- If you do not receive the full quantity of goods ordered, Buymed will refund the cost of the products and the card usage fee, corresponding to your order total.
- If you cancel an order after payment has been completed, Buymed reserves the right to not refund the credit card fee.
- Orders paid by credit card are not eligible for the 0.5% discount.
- In the event of a refund, Buymed will process the refund to your bank account within 4-5 business days.
- If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the order will be automatically canceled. Any discounts used will not be returned.
