หากคุณเคยซื้อจาก Buymed มาก่อนแต่ไม่ได้สั่งซื้อใหม่ภายใน 90 วัน บัญชีของคุณจะถูกปิดใช้งานโดยอัตโนมัติ
กรณีที่ 3 : สำหรับลูกค้าที่เลือกช่องทางการจ่ายเงินแบบ COD หากท่านมีการปฏิเสธ order โดยที่สินค้าไม่ได้เกิดความเสียหายเกิน 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน ระบบตรวจจับอัตโนมัติจะทำการบล๊อคคำสั่งซื้อของท่านเป็นเวลา 30 วัน
กรณีที่ 4 : สำหรับลูกค้าที่เลือกช่องทางการจ่ายเงินแบบ Bank transfer
หากท่านไม่ได้ทำการโอนเงินตามเวลาที่กำหนดเกิน 3 ครั้งต่อเดือน ระบบตรวจจับอัตโนมัติจะทำการบล๊อคคำสั่งซื้อของท่านเป็นเวลา 30 วัน

Why has my account been blocked ?
According to Buymed policy , we will automatically deactivates inactive accounts to ensure system efficiency and protect your information.
Scenario 1: Accounts with no orders in 60 days
If you have not placed an order on Buymed for 60 days, your account will be automatically deactivated.
Scenario 2: Accounts with no new orders in 90 days
If you have previously purchased from Buymed but have not placed a new order in 90 days, your account will be automatically deactivated.
Scenario 3: For customers who choose COD payment method
If you reject the order without any damage to the product more than 2 times per month, the automatic detection system will block your account for 30 days.
Scenario 4: For customers who choose Bank transfer payment method
If you do not transfer money on time more than 3 times per month, the automatic detection system will block your account for 30 days.
How to unblock my accout
Once you found that your account was blocked and you would like to unblock your account.Please kindly conact Buymed customer service to assist you @buymed Line offcial account by providing your registration phone number.
